  • DDoS Attacks: Any form of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack or attempt to disrupt our services is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute your subscription to third parties. However, sharing your subscription with immediate family members is permitted.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
  • Scraping and Duplication: It is strictly prohibited to scrape, crawl, harvest, or duplicate any data, metadata, or content from Debridio’s database or platform by any automated or manual means.
  • Impersonation: Do not impersonate any individual or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with Debridio.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Debridio.
  • Content: You are solely responsible for any content you access, share, or distribute through Debridio.

4. Subscription and Payments
  • Subscription Model: Debridio operates on a yearly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available within 3 days of requesting a cancellation via our Discord support, but only for users who did not utilize a free trial. All other payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer

Debridio is a scraping service that indexes and caches publicly available information sourced exclusively from third-party websites. Debridio does not host, store, own, or distribute any content, nor does it provide any content directly to users. All data accessible through our platform originates solely from third-party sources and is cached temporarily for indexing purposes only. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or legality of the content provided by these sources.
  • Any DMCA complaints or legal issues related to third-party content. Such concerns must be directed to the appropriate content provider or hosting service, not Debridio.
  • Misuse of scraping results: Debridio is not liable for how users choose to use, interpret, or act upon any data or results obtained through our platform. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring their use of any scraped or aggregated data complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

By using Debridio, you acknowledge and agree that Debridio functions solely as a scraping and caching intermediary, and that no content is hosted by or delivered from Debridio's infrastructure.


6. Termination

Debridio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason.


7. Limitation of Liability

Debridio is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Debridio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or profits.
  • Service interruptions or downtime.
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data.
  • Any third-party actions, content, or services accessed through Debridio.
  • Any damages arising from a user's misuse of scraping results or aggregated data obtained through our platform.

Debridio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
